• Cleanliness determination of non-sterile
products according to Ph. Eur.:
- Microbial enumeration: Total viable aerobic
count (2.6.12, according to current Ph.Eur.)
- Biochemical (API) and molecular biological (qPCR) identification of microorganism (2.6.13, according to current Ph.Eur.)
- Sterility test (2.6.1, according to current Ph.Eur.)
- Pharmaceutical determination of products and quality control (5.1.4, according to current Ph.Eur.)
• Sterility testing following customer
• Water examination following Drinking Water
specifications
• Contract development of procedures for cultivation and differentiation of bacteria and fungi, e.g. in cooperation with molecular methods
• Validation of microbiological procedures, which are newly developed and are not yet approved
• Food examination following §64 LFGB• Water examination following Drinking Water
Ordinance (TrinkwV)
• Quality control incl. environmental monitoring (HACCP)
• Problem analysis (e.g. after contaminations) for trade and industrial applications
